BANDING CABIN

October 2005.  With the installation of these new desks, the limited space in the banding cabin is now used much more effectively than before.  Banding can be done along both sides of the desk in the foreground, while the scribe records data on the middle desk along the wall.  The birds waiting to be processed hang off the white hooks along the green shelf along the back wall, and on top of the shelf (covered by a protective plexiglass sheet) are key figures and indices for quick reference.
