METHODS

TOXICOLOGY

Collecting tissue and/or blood samples from animals to test for the presence and level of toxicological contaminants can provide valuable information, and is easily integrated into some of MRF's research programs.  Using toxicological analysis in combination with data on migration allows us to identify the sources and patterns of movements of certain toxins.  More detailed information on these procedures will be posted in the project outlines of the relevant research programs as they are developed.
